Sky talk installation with cut phone line

I've paid for sky, with sky talk and broadband for my son who's moved into a block of flats, only to find that the phone line has been cut. (He is on income realted JSA). Sky has been installed but we're waiting on the rest and Sky are really incommunicado! Who is responsible for fixing the line in the flat?

If he has taken Sky Talk phone line rental then Sky are responsible for getting it sorted.
  • Thank you for th advice, can you confirm that this is the case even though they haven't yet installed sky talk?

If you signed up with Sky Talk to provide phone line and calls ,and you were not with a previous provider at the same address then its up to Sky Talk to provide/sort it irrespective of the current state of the line.
