Haven New Quay - Supermarket near by?

Does anyone know if there's a supermarket near by to the Haven New Quay site? Don't really want to be lugging food down with us, but will do the essentials if there's no supermarket near by

Nearest New Quay, Wales, supermarkets are Tesco in Cardigan (approx. 20 miles) and Morrisons in Aberystwyth (approx. 24 miles). There are two small food shops in New Quay: Cost Cutter and another one near the quay.

(I understand feclmum is confusing New Quay (Wales) with Newquay in Cornwall.)

There are also lots of nice places to eat. Try the Wellington Inn for great food and good portions, and the cafe/chippy by the harbour is good.
Keep an eye out in the harbour for the resident dolphins. They often come in really close to the harbour wall. If you take the cliff top walk you may also spot porpoise and seals.
