Capital One refunding charges

I have just had a letter from the FOS saying that Cap 1 has agreed to pay back my charges plus interest a total of £552.16 :j :j
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long it was before they received their cheque through the post from when they accepted with the FOS.
Thank you to everyone on this fabulous site as without reading these posts about reclaiming I don't think I would of done it.

Wow! Result! I'm with the FOS now for Capital One for £340 of charges, hope I get the same result as you! Want to echo your sentiments - fab site,m without it I wouldn't be reclaiming.
