Uswitch are Useless!

4mths ago I switched supplier through the link that should have obtained me a box of wine, I completed a switch for my elderly mother at the same time (different address)
My mum recieved her wine ages ago, i hadn't recieved mine so i chased it.
They are advising that I didn't click a box correctly to obtain the wine. I'm not too sure how I can click a box correctly on one request and fail to click it correctly on another request!
Given that i used the corrrect link that was for the sole purpose of recieving a specific free gift clicking a box correctly should be irrelevant. Another case of uswitch being crap!
I certainly won't be using them again in 8mths time when i swap the 2 different address utilities again!

Did you close the browser down after completing the first switch?
If not and you have just used USwitch's site immediately after completing the first switch then it will not have tracked as coming via ML's website.0
