advice needed asap please

I have an account with the ulster bank (part of royal bank of scotland) which i also have a personal loan through, but for the past 7 years or so i have been getting alot of back charges so many that its making my life miserable. i have tried on a number of occasions to try and sort something out with the bank and they say there is nothing they can do. only way i have been managing recently is by lending money off family and friends. im self employed so i dont have a set pay day or amount of money coming in but what happens is if my loan payment is missed they charge me £30 which leaves my account overdrawn which straight away they add anotherf £30 on for being overdrawn which leaves its more overdrawn and i get another charge an so it goes on. but this means when im gettin payed all i use my money on is bringing my loan up and bank charges. and i cant close the account because i have a loan with them and because of all the back charges it has affected my credit rating and i cant get a loan with anyone else to clear that one and close the account

i wud appricate anyones advice as i wud like to get this sorted asap. thanks

See the above as to what you have to do minus what they have already refunded to you.
