Business bank charges

Can anyone advise, My sister has a Business bank account with Barclays. She accumulated charges of £6000. Barclays offerd £1900 refund. After seeking advice from Claims For Justice they told her to reject the £1900 offer from Barclays, and Claims for Justice would take the case to the Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman informed my Sister the contract she had singned with Barclays for the Business account she does not qualify for any refund whatsoever.
She is very annoyed with Claims for Justice and has been wrongly advised by them, £1900 would have been better than nothing.

Have you asked barclays if they will give a better offer?

Or if they would still give the refund?
