I've had a problem with them where they shipped two items instead of 1. When I asked for a refund for the second item they said they would only refund if I paid the postage to return the goods. I went to the credit card company who refunded the duplicate order and i kept the goods - stuff um I say. Still have a spare lazer cartridge and dvd writer in the attic

No, I think they told me I would have to re-order and pay for the burner, they wouldn't automatically send me a new one when I returned the damaged one.
