:TI wanted to post on here as I've just experienced some fab customer service from EVANS. I bought pair of sandals approx 3 months ago, worn them few times & they were really comfy. However last week I noticed that the heel on right shoe had gone a bit soft so it felt funny when walking. Returned them to the Blackburn store today & without any hassle the sales assistant offered refund or replacement. Opted for replacement & manged to get another pair of sandals & 2 tops for same price as the sale was on!! How brill was that. Has restored my faith in retail industry following the ongoing dispute I'm in with ScS.
