""Anyway thought these sights were all about gaining information and advice you didn't have"

sites such as MSE are about helping people gain the knowledge as to how to fulfil their legal obligations - something you seem unwilling to spend one single penny on doing.. THAT is why you have had such a hard time here...

if you are this tight-fisted when it comes to buying a good AST god help your tenants if their boiler goes wrong....

join NLA and read their website and read www.landlordzone.co.uk - how many more times.......

Mmmm and now you're also telling my boilers broken down? How did you know before I did. Ah well its not too cold at the moment i'll leave it till after the w/e to sort out.
  • Try Oyezstore.co.uk - they do them for around £4.99 - £6 depending on the quantity ordered.

If money is tight, don't forget to insert a clause that the tenant is responsible for repairs, replacement and maintenance should they demand any.

and you get what you pay for ...:)

As with your other self promotion post in a 3 year old post:
As a newbie you may want to check out the forum rules on self promotion/free advertising.

Anyone thinking of using this online link may be interested to know that some of its legal content is incorrect/out of date.

On basic terms alone , I love the one "rented tenancies".....;)

It might be worth editing your post to remove numb1's spam link, tbs624. Spam reported (2 posts both with same link).
