Praise for Currys Peterborough

Just thought I'd say some nice things about Currys in Peterborough (Brotherhood Retail Park)
Went today to get a printer replaced at PC World for my mother, taken out on their Whatever Happens guarentee. However, I got the 14 miles to PC World only to find it was closed for refurbishment - Very annoyed as I had called the store and although no one had picked up, I got an automated message telling me that the opening hours were such-and-such, with no word that the store was closed.
On the off chance that maybe, being under the same company's ownership they would honour the agreement, I went into Currys (almost next door). I explained that I didn't actually expect anything because they were differnt companies in their own right, but if he (Mark from the Management team!) could honour the PC World agreement for me, given that it was nearly a 30 mile round trip that I would have otherwise wasted, I would be so grateful.
And he did! Got a replacement printer with absolutely no quibble, and even though the printer I had it replaced with was £5 more, the manager waived that for me and I paid nothing!
Very very happy with the customer service! Well done Mark, and Currys in P'boro!! :T
