Hi there, not sure if this post in right place but here goes....i recently submitted a cca request to next directory, i got into diffs a while back and the balance on the account is £1200. next have sent a generic copy of terms and conditions- no signatue/account no/date, however they have refused reduced payment offers and i want to get this sorted- should i request a true copy of the cca and in mean time pay token amonunt of 1.00 or so , i am afraid they will take me to court if i refuse to pay on basis they have no true copy of cca? advice please as i have done some reading and gather that next are tough customers.
