Paypal account limited access

[FONT=&quot]Ive just won an item on ebay and tried to pay for it via paypal but it wont let me log into paypal via ebay to pay for said item as my item has limited access,

this is what it says on the resolution centre in my account page

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]We've temporarily limited access to your account[/FONT]

1. [FONT=&quot]Return to limitation details[/FONT]
2. [FONT=&quot]Complete the steps listed on this page to initiate a review of the limitations"[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]i did what it says in number 2 about 10 days ago and the restriction is still there, is there a faster way to get my account back to normal, these are the steps it says to resolve the situation which i did soon after i knew about the problem, i thought it would sort itself out by now

• place logos into your auction listings or on your website
• update your account information

[FONT=&quot] this is the details of the restriction

We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern.”


on the forth i changed the password but thats it, no one else has tried to access the account as no money has gone, the only thing i can think of is that some money from quidco was paid into my paypal account on the fourth.

Phone them and find out whats going on

we had a similar problem with verifying we had completed everything so rung them and needed something else that was not even on the list

yes ive called them and she said something about it taking 24 hours to be resolved,

really annoying though when you think you have everything done and have to ring to find out what is happening but thats paypal and ebay for ya

i know its very annoying, just have to wiat for the acount to be up and running
