    My HHC wasn't terribly productive.
I set myself to put the pc on to defrag but got a message telling me it needs 15% free space to defragment effectively, and I only ha 3%, did I want to "defrag anyway?" so I said no and went off in search of things to uninstall, delete etc, ran registry cleaners which cleared a few Megabytes, and tried again. Ugh, only 5% free. Don't know whether to bother 'defragging anyway' as the forecast 'map' of after defragging doesn't look any different than the 'before'.
I had fully intended to tackle the lists while it defragged but instead I have wasted longer than half an hour, more like an hour and a half.

    OK I'm going in...
