since my last post I have done nothing:eek:

I seem to get 3 days and then just come to a standstill HELP!!

After the first three days, try for Level One on each of the other two days. Are you bribable? Can you persuade yourself to do the rest by giving yourself small rewards?

Anyway, you must have done something... put some laundry in the basket, washed up/put dishes in DW, thrown a piece of junk mail in the bin (if not, you've obviously been out drinking ever since your last post, are still wearing the same clothes, haven't eaten and are even more trouble than Mrs B :p)

I went for a walk, even though it was raining (it's only drizzle). I'm still short of my target steps, so I'm really going to have to get my act together tomorrow.

Jo - someone else did the same thing to my CV, so I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. Sometimes you just don't realise how much you know/do as you just see it as your day-to-day job. I'm happy to look over it again when you've updated it if you'd like me to. Good luck tomorrow - you've got a really positive approach to this so I'm sure you'll get through it successfully.

    ETA - Rosepink - I've emailed you

I have just decluttered some lovely Covernt Garden Pea and Ham soup with a granary baquette (a little one!!)
My appetite is still not back to normal after SF - I only managed 1/2 carton of the soup and half the bread....... certainly not like me but it means i can finish it for lunch tomorrow!
I am exactly the same, I think I'm hungry and then after a few mouthfuls I don't want to eat any more. Am trying to make myself eat as I think that could be contributing to this complete exhaustion I'm struggling with. The only things I want are sugary bad for you things but I'm only having them if I've eaten something sensible. The only good for you things I want to eat we don't have and we've run out of money to buy them and neither of us have the energy or time to go and buy them anyway or cook them. For dinner tonight I had the remains of my cottage pie from last night which DH over cooked in the microwave and it turned plasticy and welded itself to the plate. It was disgusting but I didn't have the energy to get anything else and he had to go out to look at a job.

DH has just phoned to check if I'm alright as the film has just finished and he wanted to know if I want him to come straight home or if he can go out for a drink with everyone else. I've told him to go for a drink and I'm trying not to cry now because I really wish I was with them. I'm getting so miserable being ill and being at home so much and not seeing another living soul for hours on end

I'm sorry for this long post

    Hiya
Just wanted to pop in and say hello. We had a lovely week away despite the relentless rain....children had a ball and I've just about finished the washing. We're having a wonderful time with my sister who's over for summer and stripes is still stitched and plastered up but can now do short walks several times a day. One of the children who was away with us last week has swine flu and DD, DS and I all have sore throats, headaches and keep sneezing so think this might be it....nothing planned this week apart from play dates, pj days and craft days so it's a good week to be ill. Such is life.

Massive hugs to everyone especially Jo, toots and LL and of course anyone else who needs a hug.

Will log on next week sometime when we're all a bit more sorted.

    Take care xxxxxxx
