taking a bank to court

can someone please point me in the right direction for the wording that goes onto the courts papers, stating why i am taking them to court. thanks a lot.xxxx

you're already in the queue if you have acknowledgement from the bank(I think I said this before, didn't I or am I losing it again?)

i thought i was only in the queue if i took ot to the court????

i have had an acknowledgement telling me to go away because they wont pay anything.

Nah, acknowledgement from the bank already puts you in the queue
