can i reclaim charges after July 2007???

Newbie here, I read in Martin's article - Bank Charges: How to Get Your Money Back it says that
Step 1. Find out how much you can reclaim
As a rough rule of thumb, try to reclaim all charges dating back to July 2001. This is because the standard rule is you can claim back six years, yet the FSA said the clock stopped when the hold on reclaiming started in July 2007, and this is six years before that.



Does it mean charges made after July 2007 cannot be reclaimed?

No, it means you can claim from now back to July 2001 ie 8 years. without the FSA waiver you would only be able to claim from now back to July 2003
