T mobile webnwalk - awful connection

Hi guys, About 10 months ago I signed up with t mobile for their webnwalk service. I have had nothing but problems with the service. They provided another dongle (and subsequently charged me £15 for it!!) and tips on how to connect in a different way but nothing makes any difference.
It frequently crashes every few minutes and the pages are soooo slooow loading. It is so frustrating - but worst than that is that I signed up for 18 months and so can't afford another service for another 8 months. Surely if they are not providing the service they should be providing I can get the service cancelled before the contract is up?

Where are you using it?
T Mobile coverage is non existant in Bristol/Bath & Cambridge.
I have found it pretty awful in most of the South West, where I travel to for work, to be honest.....0 -
I had the exact same problem (but with the O2 dongle). I managed to get out of my 18 month contract as I contacted a manager in customer services (which took several calls) who listened into the original sales call and could therefore verify that I was mis-sold the item (as I specifically asked if it could be used to replace home internet connection and was told that it could)."Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?" A lot of stores are pushing this as an alternative to proper internet, probably because head office are pushing it. The Dixons group, for example, mark their staff on how many of these they sell. Also read the terms and conditions if you sign up for this. 3 Mobile, for example, states that 'Charges for PAYG 30p per MB will apply if inclusive allowance is exceeded.' So you can end up paying quite a lot extra if you're not careful.0
