Estate Agents Desperate In an evershrinking market?

I received 6 calls from different estate agents from a certain area outside London in the last few days to see if I was interested in buying property from them. Is that a coincidence or could it mean that they are getting frustratingly desperate?

Haha, true, I registered with them all. But no one contacted me back then (a few weeks ago), seems like they're getting a bit worried now

It could do if you aren't actually looking for a new property.

  • I had the same thing recently. We Viewed a couple of properties at realistic prices at the start of the year.

There has definitely been a spring bounce but that appears to be over and some properties are coming back on the market that were previously SSTC. I am guessing now things aee quieter, they are ringing round.
