dash board ??

Hi all
Ive checked my dash tonight and all but 1 is red which has never happened before,
im listing as i normaly would,
i send an email to say thanks for their payment and 1 to say Ive posted their item,
I leave feed back as soon as Ive posted they item and Ive reduced my posted to £1.82 from £2.20

Is the dash board that important as long as your getting the + feedback

I've just read about this in another thread so I'll paste Soolin's intructions:

Go into my ebay > hover your mouse over the account tab at top > click on seller dashboard > scroll down page until you find Buyer satisfaction >click on See how eBay calculates your rating.and that shows if anyone has left a 1 or 2 * in last 30 days. It only updates every couple of days though.

This way you can see if anybody has marked you down with a 1 or 2 recently. The red isn't as important as the number. As far as I am aware so long as the number is 4.8 or higher there's absolutely nothing to worry about.

If it is just the 1st page of the dashboard then red just means that your 30 day stars are not as good as your year on year stars. I have posted about this before as I think highlighlighting a slip that can be as low as 0.01 of a star in red is an unnecessary thing to do and just an example of ebay thinking themselves more important than they really are.

Ignore it, only you can see it anyway other users only get to see the dashboard on the feedback page.It's just ebay being silly.
