Payplan - What happens with my DMP if I win my charges back?

I assume if I win my bank charges back from Natwest and Lloyds they will pay them off my balance that is currently in a debt management plan with Payplan, and not by a cheque to me?
If these charges do get refunded it would put these accounts back within their overdraft limits. Would this then mean that Lloyds and Natwest would not let me have any Payplan agreement with them??
What is the usual manner to recieve charges back, cheque or into account? Has anyone got any experience of how refunds affect a DMP?

The charges are usually refunded to the accounts in which they have come from which might put the accounts back outside of the DMP.0
