Can I claim for two bank accounts with Natwest within the one letter?

Hi everyone,

I am in hardship and have two different accounts with Natwest that I wish to re-claim back charges on. With the online banking facility I have managed to add up the total charges on each of the accounts. Am I allowed to send a letter to Natwest claiming for both accounts? Or do I need to send off a seperate letter for each account?

In addition do I have to list every single charge in my letter or can I just give the total charges I want refunded (I have omitted the one or two they refunded a few years back).

Hope somebody can help me out,

Jonathan.

Cant see why not, people put two credit cards on one letter.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

List the charges separately and you can go back to July 2001.
On Financial hardship issue, do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
