Courier for big item

Hi, i have a damaged bike that needs to be returned its measurements are 180cm(L)x85cm(H)x30cm(W) weight is 25kg, does anyone know of a courier that accepts that size without costing the earth. Best quote i got was £50 exc VAT. Posting from West Cumbria to Fife. Also has anyone used shiply.com before? it looks ok, i was sent there from parcel2go as it was too large for them.

Thanks in advance, Nicola.
