Is Tesco Clubcard CC The Best For BIG Purchases?

in Credit cards
I am about to spend around £3K to refurnish my house and I was wondering whether it would make sense to get the Tesco CC because it gives me the capacity to pay down 12 months later AND get Tesco clubcard points? See http://www.tescofinance.com/personal/finance/finance/creditcards/clubcc/index.jsp
Are there any alternatives?

There isn't a longer 0% on purchases card around. When you add in the clubcard points, and 4x deals, I don't think you'll find a better option.0

It will work as long as you either a) pay the card off before you are charged interest (out-weigh any rewards if not) or b) BT to another card at the end of the introductory offer. However, is it necessary to refurnish your house? Could you perhaps save up and purchase later. That way, you won't be in debt and tempted to reach your credit limit on new furnishing. If you're not in a lot of debt and have a good income you should get a good limit."Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for."
