Fan Belt- Mazda 323F

Can anyone tell me when the belt(s) need changing. Doesn't look like there's any wear on the 2 belts I can see but I wondered if they should be changed as I don't think they ever have. Mileage is around 45,000

    Owner's manual says -Timing belts need replacing every 54,000 miles-
