I have already sent an invoice to the buyer but they want me to post it so i want to alter the invoice & add the postage cost but its not letting me can i do this ? could somebody show me where im going wrong (the buyer was going to pay me cash on colletion but now im posting it i want them to pay me via paypal

You should be able to just send a new invoice I would have thought?
Unless it doesn't let you if you didn't allow postage in the litsing.
The best thing might be to invoice using Paypal's Request Money tab quoting the eBay item number instead.0
