relisting an item

Sold an item which i clearly stated on aution for pick up only .the winner is new to ebay they have contacted me saying could i post the item i have considered it but it would be a pain for me to post & pack thats why i stated pick up only .I am unsure where i stand now about re-listing the item i dont want this to ruin my 100% feedback should i contact ebay and tell them

You can't stop a winning buyer leaving you a neg...so don't even try (and don't stress about it either - it's only a red dot on a computer screen afterall)
You can however report a bidder as non-paying if they don't. Too many of those and the bidder could find themselves suspended which might prevent them from negging you or allow you to request feedback removal.
When you win a npb claim, you get your fvfs back. Then you can relist the item and get listing fees credited if it sells the second time.
You could offer a second chance offer, but with a new ebayer originally winning (and anonymous bidding) a sco recipient may suspect you of possible shill bidding and run a mile."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
