Thanks for this, I have an outstanding debt for £9590 which i originaly took out £7500 and i paid back around 15 months @ £131. Since then i lost my job health got worse etc... I also took out payment protection which they did not accept for some reason when i lost my job.
So i can contact all my debtors.
What will happen for example with the £575 as it is double the original debt?
Many thanks:j0 -
PPI and credit charges are easier to claim so I would start there first. Bank Charges can be left til last. Thanks for this, I have an outstanding debt for £9590 which i originaly took out £7500 and i paid back around 15 months @ £131.
