    I was going to mention the spelling and grammar but then thought it would be better to leave it as I did not want to get a yellow card!

    Surely you have to declare the teaching salary as income?

    If you then pay yourself again as a Company Director would that not be calculated as a second salary?

    Correct NASA, it would, and would have to be declared as such. A director is just an employee of the company.

    Also OP, any dividends received will also have to be included for Tax Credit purposes - probably when you make your Section 17 End of Year Declaration.
