Hi there
Yes we do have that account you said.;)
We do get charged £25 a month for that one, and we also had another charge of that amount of £25.00 for a personal loan account, never been charged for this before in all these years.
This charge is a new one on us.
Thanks for posting up.;)
No problem, but if your current account is in a bit of a pickle do you still want to have the Premier account ?0 -

We have actually opened a new basic account elsewhere as well and under the CCCS who suggested this, my hubby lost his job and i care for my son full time who has autism, due to mortgage arrears, it was arranged for us by the CCCS to pay token payments direct to all the unsecured creditors - all are those of Lloyds TSB, and as there is an outstanding overdraft as well, we understand that they will not actually close the account, but not sure now if they will let us go back down to a standard account?
This is still quite new to me, so still learning on this to be honest lol
Thank you.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Just checked online banking just now and it seems to be okay now.
Think it may just have been a technical error of Lloyds tsb, yesterday.
Are everyone elses who had problems with online banking okay today? The one and only "Dizzy Di"

As far as I know, my son changed his premier (fee paying account) to a normal current account when he got into money problems. It wasn't LTSB, but it is defo worth asking - £25 a month is a lot when things are tight.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
