I dig them up, peel and freeze. They taste much better once frozen so freeze away.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

You should always blanch vegetables in boiling water before freezing to deactivate the enzymes which will destroy vitamin/mineral content of food and spoil the quality, the longer they are stored.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
