vanquis cc charges letter

sent my letters off about 2 weeks ago about reclaiming credit card charges.
barclaycard wrote back asking for a cheque which i have now sent them.
and vanquis wrote a letter saying
'the details of your enquiry have been registered for investigation. we will try to resolve your enquiry as quickly as possible and keep you informed of our progress.'
what should i do now? wait??
