Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this......
I have an old sewing machine and a garage door I want to get rid off. I live in the worcestershire area and I'm wondering if there are any scrap metal merchants who buy this kind of stuff?
Thanks

How about freecycle for the machine? And maybve the door? Or are you set on getting cash?My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
The sewing machine doesn't work. Would like to get cash for it if possible because its industrial size and has a lot of metal. Suppose I could freecycle the garage door, but again cash is preferred :-)0

Why not list on ebay starting @ 99p? Buyer collects if you don't want to bother with shipping. Won't cost you anything unless it sells.
If someone is prepared to pay anything, they'll probably be found on ebay ... and if you can get at least 2 people interested, the sky could be the limit as to what they'll pay."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
