Teletop mystery

Hi,

Do any of you know who owns TELETOP? They are steling my money by charging me for calls they don't connect and then they tell me by email to keep trying (chargin me 5p. connection each time I try).
This company seems to be a complete mystery and since the only way to contact them is via email, they just don't reply if they don't want to.
The issue is here is that before you have to prepay to use their "service", it's not like saying I'm not calling anymore. They already have your money.
So, I'm looking for a phone number to speak to a real person.

No mystery. It's a Finarea company.

Thanks. do you know how to contact them? I've googled them and I get directed to a company called "betamax", which doesn't list a phone number.

Thanks a lot for the link.

I wonder how they can get away trading in this country without any regulation. There must be an efficinet way to get back to them when you are paying for a service you are not getting.
