In the shops they have the flip flops free with Glamour at the moment so I would have though that you got them as a free gift with that issue and not for subscribing

Got ELLE Magazine today with some free Flip-Flop's, still no sign of the Pixi set yet though, the 28 WORKING days were up last Friday from the email they sent me on 2nd May so I will be contacting again to see where it is!

does anyone know if Jessops own brand camera tripods are any good?

where you get a free Jessops 320 tripod.
Llisted it at around £32, the quarterly subscription of £12.50, means a £20 saving.. but only worthwhile if the tripod is up to scratch...

I imagine Jessops tripods are considered ok. They are the kindof non brand name equivelant to the big camera equipment names. I've had one for years (although admittedly it doesn't get a great deal of use!).

Got a reply back from ELLE regarding the Pixi Lip set:-

"Thank you for your recent email.

I am very sorry to read your gift has not been received and confirm I have arranged for a replacement to be despatched. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt."

Had the same reply from them twice now. Once at the end of April and again on Friday when I emailed again because it still hadnt turned up. Im not holding out much hope....

After my second email like this I sent them quite a long email asking them who they posted it with etc... and could I track it becuase I was oncerned my postman was stealing and I didn't want them to lose out!!! :rotfl: It seemed to work cause I got a reply saying it will be 14 days and it came the next day!!!

Once got the third issue of harpers(july one),have canceled the DD via bank and also confirmed by a bank staff all the DD have canceled.The same day,emailed the national mag regarding my sub too.Today,got an email said that as my previous payment,my last issue would be Oct one
Also,got an extra marie claire after finished the third one.
Do anyone have the same problem?

The Elemis Intensive Hand Repair and Lip Rescue have arrived this morning. That was very quick!

I received my Elemis hand repair and lip creme too although it came in a plastic royal mail bag and was ripped to shreds!

I am going to email them and tell them to use stronger packaging
