Good morning everyone
I would be very grateful for some advice. I sent away for my data to Ge Money/Santander for a store card. The 40 days is up today, was told it would be with me. Have been told that it was sent by first class mail a few days ago ( and is not affected by postal strikes). I am worried that this information could have gone astray. I asked why this could not have been posted by recorded or business mail. They replied by saying they had missed business post that day- wednesday.
This is my first request for data, so would be very grateful for any advice that you can give.
Take care and thanks

I have to say I have had problems with the post that I was expecting yesterday and was received today. Wait until Mondays post and then ask them to resend it out recorded delivery since you have not received it. At least they didn't say they hadn't received it.0
