Thanks so much for this, is it best to ring up as when i try and do this online, it doesnt give me the option of choosing 12 issues for £19.99?

Just rang IPC about this subscription with the code 47M and it was a different offer. Is there another referance number, or as this offer has just come out it might not have gone "live" yet..
