Experian reports says im on Electoral Roll, but Credit Expert do not!

so i signed up for Credit Expert online report, all shows ok but for the Electoral Roll it lists my council but not my name or date.
i have just received my report in the post from Experian (£2 payment) and that lists me as being on the Electoral Roll with dates.
i thought Credit Expert and Experian were one?
what should i do next?
im still waiting for my equifax report to come in the post.

it happened to me once where my council name was there but not my name/date. I gave them a call and after checking their records they updated my file within 48 hours. Give them a call directly & explained0
