I sold an item 3 days ago it was for pick up from my home and i said i would like payment when winning bidder collected item .The winning bidder is new to ebay they have no feedback but i havent heard a thing from them ,they where the only bidders .I am unsure what to do now i would like to advertise the item again but how long do i wait before im sure that they wont contact me ? I even emailed them with my telephone number but they havent rang .Do i report them to ebay ?

Why not ring them?My TV is broken!

I would contact the winning bidder using ebay messaging first.
