Something strange is wrong with my telly, flat screen 37 inch Logik with built in freeview.
When i press a button on the remote nothing happens for 5-20 seconds then it does the operation, its got a time delay ?? ITS SO ANNOYING.
Changed batteries and retuned, still the same..!
Just recently gone onto digital as it came into force last month.
Its really bugging me, help please.

What happens when you press up/down for the channels? is that instant?
I'm just thinking the delay is the built in one whilst it waits to see if you are going to press another number (e.g 32 instead of 3)0 -
The delay is deliberate (agree with CHR15) just in case you want a channel with double-digits (although it should be a consistent time of around 5 seconds).
To speed things up, once you've selected the channel you want, press OK/Select (depending on your remote).:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
