I am running Win XP SP3 and after I go through the necessary steps to APPLY
one of MY photos to the desktop, it works very well. When I restart the
[COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]computer[/COLOR][/COLOR], it reverts back to the default background.
How do I make my selection stay ??
Any idea,s on why this would keep happening.
