Jessops voucher / code wont work?

I want to buy a camera from jessops and have tryed using the code SUMMER10

It comes up saying that the voucher has been applyed however the price hasnt been reduced its £164 without discount so should be £154.

I have got to checkout and its still saying offer been applyed but still £164.
Does the price only get reduced once you put your card details in and submit order?
Has this offer expired?

Ive Tryed it and cannot get it to work either, seems like they have a problem though as even with nothing in the basket it tells me i have the code applied.

glad its not just me, very confusing. Tryed again today and again, offer applyed yet no money taken off price

This happened to me weeks ago (May) when I spotted an SLR that I wanted. I phoned customer service to complain and they said that the code does not apply to SLRs (even though there was nothing about that on the offer page about this exclusion). CS said they were aware of this and would be changing the site to make this clear. When I checked back the following week, it was still the same. Probably a different offer/code, but apparently the same problem.

They have changed it now , when i was applying this code i read that it didnt apply to SLRs or Lenses. Thought that was the reason that the code was not working for this camera , but noticed it wasn't any of these

I rang them to ask why it wasnt working and he said because its already in the sale, its £164. However it doesnt state in the terms and conditions of the promotional code that it doesnt work on sale items:mad:

Dixons have it for £159 original price not even in sale so not even saving money anyway.
