Hi there wondering if you could help me. Wanted to include some pictures of people from movies and tv programmes (either by finding them on google images or getting them of video) on my website. Can anyone tell me if I have to ask for permission or just have acknowledge its copyrighted or whattever.
Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you dont you could be forced to shut down the site, remove the content or worse still face going to court0
