Cheapest way to send money to EU (Holland)

I have the receipiants Bic code and my banks Iban/Bic codes etc..my bank is RBS. I also have an account with natwest and halifax, although these are fairly inactive.

What / how is the cheapest way to get money to them - do RBS charge £10 fee for international payments - who is the cheaper?

trying to pay via xe - there asking for the banks address in holland?
