I received a notice from thames valley police.
Fixed penalty notice. 60 £ and 3 points.
My fault = camera caught my car ' contravene red traffix light' at 0 mph.
I presume i must have stopped the car a bit ahead of the lights but am sure i wasn tobstructing anyone. I have paid out but is there a way to challenge this ?
thanks

If you have paid the fixed penalty, then that's it, done and dusted. Too late now.I have paid out but is there a way to challenge this ?
If you wanted to challenge it, you should have not paid the fixed penalty, then they would have summonsed you, and you could have argued your defence in front of the Magistrates. Unlikely you would have succeeded, though, because passing a stop line at a camera-controlled traffic light after it's gone red is an absolute offence, regardless of whether you were obstructing anyone.
And the Magistrates would have probably fined you £100 + costs + surcharge.
