Buyer has issue with pattern on tshirt - pls advise, thanks!

I had a tshirt on ebay, which ended last Sunday. Although the item had a watcher, there had been no bids (at a 99p start price) and so I immediately relisted the item. Shortly after, I received an email from the watcher, explaining she'd not had internet access for a couple of days so was unable to bid. She asked if I'd put it on BIN for her, which I did, at £1.50. Payment rcd immediately, so dispatched that day. Today, however, I got the following message:
"Hi,
I have received this item, but to be honest I am not very happy with it. The picture you used was very unclear, so I went on the description, which said unicorn and castles print. There is no unicorn on the top, just a horse, along with lots of other animals. The only reason I bid on the item was because it was supposedly a unicorn top."

Well, the protrusion on the head of the unicorn/horse is rather long, leading me to believe this creature was mythical rather than equine! What should I do about this do you think? It feels like I went out of my way to help the seller. Do you think she's being petty? Any advice gratefully accepted! Thanx a million x

I d just ask her to return it for a full refund. If she puts a claim in for paypal NAD she would probably win.

That's likely what I'd do too.

If it's this one 230356679887, then I think the buyer would win an SNAD claim as the picture really isn't clear enough to provide you with solid evidence to support your claim that it is a unicorn.

just offer them a £1 refund and see what they say.....if they are pulling a fast one which I'm guessing they are they will be happy to accept...
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D
