DURHAM arnison cente had clearance shelves at front of stores, with fcuk, ted baker toiletries all reduced, also sum premmie huggies 69p could be free with voucher out the old baby mag, also some nightime pull up pants for £1.?,0

Ah, durham05, I knew I should have gone to the Arnison Centre today. :rotfl:
Durham North Road had quite a few of the recent 17 GWP, the pinky/red bag with eyeliner pencil, mirror, nail file and nail polish in for £1.50.
Durham Marketplace clearance is currently downstairs opposite the tills, they had some Trevor Sorbie MG shower gels for 85p-ish, nice SA went and got me another one as they were on BOGOF. Also a few other men's bits and pieces from Hackett, TS,FCUK and Expert.
Both stores also had the Boots first aid kit for around £9.xx IIRC, think this is a national offer.
Also got a meal deal with a big bag of Maltesers and BOGOF Sprite/Fanta, bargainous even though I can't eat/drink them0 -
Nothing to say except that I really loved the Boots Grabbit Thread.
I am so very sorry that it has gone from MSE but can understand why.
There are many of us who only posted on that thread too.
No where to share my bargains now which is a great shame.

The trouble caused by a few has effected the many.
I am so sorry Boots Grabbit is no more. MSE is not the same without it.:(
What a lovely post Jazzteddy :T:T :A
Its like the end of an era0 -
Let me just put a health warning on this post-I did this on the first day of the vouchers and haven't tried it since but here's how got my two items for £1.02 (Sandra, would probably cost you about 40p!!)
Products:
Expert Anti-Blemish Gel £3.98
Expert Anti-redness Serum £4.98
These two items fall under the 2 4 £5 offer (that's the key here)
Therefore till reduces total price to £5
Then free gel voucher takes off £3.98
= £1.02 left to pay for £9 worth of goods! :T
Now, it may be hat this glitch has been busted, or it may be that people are not making sure both their items fall in the 2 4 £5 offer?

just to let you all know, the No7 GWP no longer scans without spending the qualifying amount.
still lots of lovely jewellery reduced by 70%:DI keep going back for more. At this rate I will be opening my own jewellery shop:)
will be back later with my shopping lists from the other day...when I find my reciepts:o0 -

Not sure if I dreamt it but was positive I read somewhere on MSE that the the skinnies were obtained with a small spend. However when i tried to get a couple today, I was told I had to spend £5. Did I get this wrong? Was a bit disappointed I didnt get the 500pts for the Olay purchase in the ACM, still win some lose some.
The 1st time i used a skinnie on the Olay wash (86p to pay) i didn't get another skinnie till spit. This was at Crown Point.
The 2nd,3rd,4th & 5th times i did the same transaction at Albion St i did !

I've been getting a skinny everytime I buy an olay product, even when I am only spending pennies. This is on normal tills and SS tills. Not sure if you earn a skinny in the same way with other brands that you can redeem the voucher against.0 -

Hi, yes I tried it today but was told I they couldnt take off the amount for the free Expert item because the two items were already on offer (2 for £5). Assistant called over another assistant for advice but they wouldnt changed their minds. If I had purchased 3 items they said they would take off the £3+ (cant remember the exact amount) but I didnt really want to spend £4+. However will give it a go again next week.2008£3002009£13002010£15002011£41952012£21942013£1494
