UK caravan holiday - Invoice states more than brochure?

Hi this is my first post, I hope I'm putting it in the right place....

Booked a week in a caravan myself, hubby and three girls, booked a 3-bed caravan.

Holiday park (independant park) states £625 for our choice of caravan for the week we want, top of tariff show it to be a 4-8 berth.

Received invoice for remainder of balance today, stating price for caravan is £650!

Phoned park to query and was told the price stated on website and in brochure is for the 2-bed caravan only. However this is not made clear on site or in brochure that there is a different price for the three-bed caravan. Was completely fobbed off by girl on phone!

Is there any info I can arm myself with when/if I summon up the courage to call back again?

Many thanks in advance!

Of course why didn't I think of that!

You have to scroll down and click the 'view tariff' button, however it doesn't always work you might get a black screen!

And ours is a Richmond 2006 for August 15th.

Just been told to edit as I'm not allowed to post web links as a new poster....

So, when you first booked it and paid the deposit, the screen prints showed the price to be £625 and not £650? Or did you phone? If you phoned, what price was quoted to you, and what deposit did you pay

    Hi,

We booked on the phone and were quoted £625, then were asked for the details of our party which we gave as two adults and three children, and asked to pay a £50 deposit.

That should be the price you pay then. Don't pay them any more.
