closing down a google adwords account

I cant work out how to do it and have run up a £18 debt when all i wanted to do was use the adword voucher i got free with some hosting i purchased! :eek:

any help would be appreciated

    Just pause all your ads or set your daily budget to zero and you won't incur any more charges.
