    what rubbish.............
you had a 72 hour interview?
you were there for exactly 3 days non stop?
were you not hungry or tired.

My girlfriends been to a 3 day interview too, obviously not 72 hours non stop but 3 days of interviewing, assessment and presentations etc.

The 4 hour B&Q is obviously an open day sorta thing. You'll be in a pool of 30 or so applicants and you'll get assessed on all sorts of things. Perhaps cheesey role play games and then some interview questions.

Beware, they watch your every move during those open day sorta interviews so be polite at all times!!!

Why is it rubbish? A lot of people have 3 day interviews. Of course I ate and slept:confused:.

On these sort of assessments you are being constantly assessed as stated, so even during mealtimes or while socialising in the evening, there are assessors present who's job it is to report back on your behaviour.

So yes, the interview does last 72 hours, as with the exception of whilst sleeping, you are being constantly assessed!

I've only ever experienced that in the armed forces process though rather than a bog standard private/public sector job
