WoooHooooo!!!! Ive just had 2 letter's back today from Citi Cards. One was for card charges from 2004 I claimed for £223 and have been offered £186 and I also claimed refund for PPI Card Insurance which was for £430 and offered £342. Well chuffed, big thanks to Martin Lewis as I used your letter templete and it works!!!!
